Blue Planet Run Foundation is dedicated to sustainability and achieves its mission operating in alignment with the following principles:

Blue Planet Run Foundation recognizes that its partners are in different stages in their journey to sustainability. To this end, we use the following criteria to help us choose and work with our partners:

  • We seek to minimize our own operating footprint on the earth and seek partners who also seek to operate in a sustainable manner;
• History
  • We do not discriminate against organizations based on past performance with regards to social responsibility and sustainability;
• Theory of Change
  • We are dedicated to working with agents of change within organizations who are striving to apply the principles of social justice and sustainability to their organization’s actions and policies;
• Accountability
  • We hold our partners and corporate donors accountable in performing on their vision in ways that are measurable and transparent.
