Route Details - Russia Exchange Points

The route across Russia passes through six times zones. Although it travels through wide open, remote terrain, it also passes through cities with over a million people every few days. The major roads it follows are M-7, E- 22, E-30, M-51, M-53 (much of way E of Novosibirsk), M-55, A-165. About every ten miles there is an exchange point where the baton is passed from one runner to the next. The Blue Planet Run crew will be set up to answer questions, explain the water issue and encourage the public to become messangers. These exchange points are the best place to interact with the Blue Planet Run runners. Please search the list for the location nearest you. Tell your friends. We need all the support we can get in Russia. It's a big country.
